§ 157.050 DESIGNATION OF SPECIAL EXCEPTION.
   The City Plan Commission shall review all requests for special exceptions in accordance with the zoning ordinance and, if favorably reviewed, shall forward the request to the Board of Zoning Appeals, which shall hear and decide appeals and requests for special exceptions from requirements of this chapter.
