§ 32.020 FEES AND COSTS FOR REPORTS AND RECORDS.
   (A)   The charge for a vehicle crash report from the Police Department shall be $8 per report.
   (B)   The charge for incident reports from the Police Department shall be $5 per report.
   (C)   The charge for local criminal record checks from the Police Department shall be $5 per record check.
   (D)   The charge for compact disc of pictures shall be $25 per batch of pictures.
   (E)   All fees collected from under this section shall be deposited into a non-reverting fund for use by the police for training and equipment.
