(A) Permit required. No person, firm or entity shall construct or install any warm air heating equipment or appurtenances, such as are subject to the provisions of this subchapter, in or for any building; or alter or repair any existing warm air heating equipment or appurtenances as are subject to the provisions of this subchapter, without the holder of a warm air heating license first making written application for and securing a permit therefor, setting forth the nature of the work to be performed.
