§ 150.045 COMMERCIAL CONTRACTOR LICENSE.
   (A)   Any person, firm or entity engaged in the business of constructing, installing, repairing, remodeling or servicing any structural or non-structural portions of any multi-family residential, commercial or industrial building or accessory buildings thereto shall be required to obtain a commercial contractor license.
   (B)   No person, firm or entity shall act, engage in, advertise or otherwise represent themselves as a building contractor, unless an authorized representative of the person, firm or entity shall first obtain a building contractor license as provided in this subchapter.
   (C)   The holder of a commercial contractor license shall not apply for permits on behalf of other persons, firms or entities.
   (D)   The commercial license holder shall be responsible for all violations under this subchapter.
