§ 150.030 COMMISSION MEETINGS, COMPENSATION; LICENSE EXAMINATIONS.
   (A)   The Building Commission shall meet in regular sessions after appointment. Each member of the Commission, including the Building Commissioner and the Inspectors, shall receive $50 for each regular session that he or she attends. However, the Board may meet without pay at any other time in the discretion of the members thereof. A majority of the Board shall constitute a quorum.
   (B)   The Building Commission shall review applications for examination for license, where required, and upon completion of all requirements, submit the name of the applicant to the Inspector for examination. The examination shall be practical and elementary in character, but sufficiently strict to test the qualifications of the applicants. A fee shall be charged for each examination. The license shall not be transferable. Should an applicant fail the examination, he or she shall be eligible to be retested in 60 days. The applicant shall be entitled to review his or her test in the presence of at least two Commission members.
