§ 150.028 FILLING VACANCIES.
   In the event of a vacancy on the Commission, a new member shall be appointed within 60 days, using the same procedure described in this subchapter, with the same qualifications, and he or she shall serve the balance of the unexpired term of the member. Any vacancy that exists after 60 days may be filled by the Common Council.
