(A) The standards and requirements contained herein shall not amend, abrogate or rescind any standards or requirements contained in the Zoning Code, the Subdivision Control Code, the Housing Code or any other applicable development code.
(B) If the standards and requirements contained herein are inconsistent or in conflict with those of any other development code, the standard or requirement posing the greatest restriction shall apply.
