For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
NUISANCE BEHAVIOR. Behavior that could be considered to be disruptive, unacceptable to the general public and/or adverse to the health, safety and general welfare of the public, including, but not limited to:
(1) Public consumption of alcoholic beverages, except in an area approved for a designated outdoor refreshment area (“DORA”) pursuant to §§ 111.01 et seq.;
(2) Loud and/or boisterous behavior that interrupts the peace of neighbors across property lines;
(3) Refusal to obey lawful police directives;
(4) Sale or use of illicit narcotics or controlled substances; and/or
(5) Public gambling or prostitution.
PUBLIC NUISANCE. Any location at which nuisance behavior is demonstrated.
