§ 118.99 PENALTY.
   It shall be unlawful for any individual, firm, corporation or partnership to do any act forbidden or to fail to perform any act required by this chapter and on conviction of the violation of this chapter, the individual, firm, corporation or partnership shall be subject to a fine of not less than $100, nor more than $1,000.
