§ 117.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provisions of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.

   (B)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of §§ 117.01 through 117.05 shall be guilty of a violation and, on conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than $25, nor more than $100, for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day on or during which a violation occurs or continues.

   (C)   Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of §§ 117.15 through 117.21 shall be fined not less than $5, nor more than $500, for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day on or during which a violation occurs or continues.

   (D)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of §§ 117.35 through 117.43 shall be fined not less than $5, nor more than $100, for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
