For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
MASSAGE. A method of treating the superficial soft parts of the body for remedial or hygienic purposes, consisting of any one or all of the following procedures with the hands or an instrument: rubbing, stroking, kneading or tapping.
MASSAGE PARLOR OR ESTABLISHMENT. A room or rooms fitted and used commercially for massage treatment.
