§ 114.06 REVOCATION OF LICENSE.
   (A)   An ambulance license may be suspended or revoked for the failure of the licensee to comply with, or his or her violation of, any applicable standards, provisions or requirements of this chapter or of any regulations promulgated hereunder, but only after warning and a period of 30 days for compliance with the warning by the licensee.
   (B)   The licensee shall be afforded the opportunity to appear before the Board of Public Works and Safety for full evidentiary hearing on any alleged noncompliance or violation.
   (C)   Any sanction, suspension or revocation decision shall be in writing and shall be promptly transmitted to the licensee to whom it refers.
   (D)   The licensee or applicant shall have the right to appeal any decision, order, regulation, suspension or revocation to the Common Council of the city by written request within 30 days of the Board action for which review is sought.
