§ 114.04 PUBLIC HEARING.
   (A)   Upon application being filed with the City Controller, the matter shall be scheduled for hearing by the Emergency Medical Services Board of the city, at its next regularly scheduled meeting.
   (B)   At the conclusion of the public hearing, the Board shall issue a license to operate for a period of one year if it finds:
      (1)   The public convenience and necessity require the proposed ambulance service;
      (2)   The applicant is a responsible and proper person to conduct or work in the proposed business; and/or
      (3)   All required criteria specified in this chapter have been met.
