§ 113.15 FAILURE TO INSIST UPON COMPLIANCE.
   Failure to enforce or insist upon compliance with any of the terms or conditions of this chapter shall not constitute a general waiver or relinquishment of any terms or conditions, but the same shall be and remain at all times in full force and effect.
