(A) The company shall, at all times during the life of this franchise, be subject to all lawful exercises of the police power of the city.
(B) The company agrees to comply with all valid local, state and federal regulations, including the rules and regulations of the FCC.
(C) Any amendments or modifications of § 76.31 of the rules of the FCC shall be incorporated into this franchise within one year of the adoption of the modification, or at the time of the renewal of this franchise, whichever occurs first.
