§ 113.02 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   CABLE TELEVISION SYSTEM. A system of coaxial cables, fiber optic cable, waveguides or other conductors and equipment for the reception, amplification and distribution of television, radio or other signals to subscribing members of the public for a fee.
   COMPANY. The grantee of rights for a franchise.
   FCC. The Federal Communications Commission.
