(A) The City Forester and agents of the Board shall have authority to do all acts necessary to enforce this chapter, including the issuance of citations.
(B) Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter is subject to a fine of $50 per occurrence.
(C) Each day a violation continues shall constitute a separate violation.
(D) In addition to any fine imposed, any person whose violation of the provisions of this chapter results in damage to trees may be liable for the cost of those damages up to $5,000 for each tree.
