§ 100.06 STUMPS.
   (A)   All stumps of city trees and shrubs shall be removed below the surface of the ground so that the top of the stump shall not project above the surface of the ground.
   (B)   Stumps shall be removed in a timely manner as deemed appropriate by the Board.
