§ 99.36 USE WITHOUT PERMISSION; IMPOUNDING OF PROPERTY.
   In the event that any person, firm or corporation shall use the rights-of-way without the written permission of the Board of Public Works and Safety of the city, the Street Commissioner or his or her authorized representative shall forthwith remove the property from the rights-of-way and impound the same.
