§ 99.20 EXCAVATION TO BE REFILLED; SURFACE TO BE RESTORED.
   The excavation shall be refilled and the surface of the street, sidewalk or other public place restored under the supervision of, approval of and according to specifications furnished by the Board of Public Works and Safety and the City Engineer.
