§ 98.26 IMPROVEMENT OF PUBLIC GOLF COURSE; NONREVERTING CAPITAL FUND ESTABLISHED.
   A special nonreverting capital fund is established, to be available for the deposit and expenditure of funds by the city's Park and Recreation Board for the purpose of making capital improvements of the public golf course.
