(A) Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be fined $25 for the first offense, and $50 for each subsequent offense.
(B) Each day a violation is permitted to continue beyond the period prescribed by § 97.19(C)(1) shall constitute a separate offense.
(C) In addition to any fine imposed herein, the offender shall be responsible for all costs of abatement and the costs in § 97.19(C)(1).
