§ 95.05 ADMINISTRATION.
   The purpose of this chapter is to establish a uniform county-wide program for protection of the environment from releases of hazardous materials to be administered by existing governmental agencies. The New Albany Sewer Department and the Floyd County Health Department shall serve as the lead agencies in the administration of this chapter.
