§ 94.22 ADOPTION OF GUIDELINES AND AMENDMENTS BY BOARD.
   The Board of Public Works and Safety shall adopt such guidelines and amendments thereto as it may desire to effectuate the purpose and intent of this subchapter. The National Fire Protection Code shall be used by the Board as a guideline in approving any development as outlined in § 94.45.
