§ 94.21 SUBMISSION OF FINAL PLANS BY FIRE CHIEF TO BOARD WITH RECOMMENDATIONS.
   After a review by the Chief of the Fire Department of the preliminary plans the final plans will be submitted to the Board of Public Works and Safety of the city by the Chief with his or her recommendations.
