§ 35.52 COMMON COUNCIL ADOPTS TAX ABATEMENT PROCEDURE.
   The Common Council hereby endorses and adopts the City of New Albany Tax Abatement Policy Handbook, dated March 18, 2003. The Redevelopment Commission shall establish update procedures for the tax abatement process as necessary. The Commission shall ensure the proper processing of CF-1 Forms.
