§ 35.27 STORMWATER CONSTRUCTION SITE PLAN REVIEW AND INSPECTION FEE FUND.
   (A)   The Stormwater Construction Site Plan Review and Inspection Fee Fund is hereby established.
   (B)   All monies received for construction site plan review and permit issuance shall be deposited in the Fund.
   (C)   Fund monies shall only be used to pay for the costs of any such construction site plan review and inspections in reference to water quality.
   (D)   Fund monies shall be paid for plan construction site plan review and inspections in the usual course of business.
