§ 35.06 ACCEPTABLE METHODS FOR PAYMENT.

   Pursuant to I.C. 36-1-8-11, the city, including the Sewage Works Office, is hereby authorized to accept the following types of financial instruments for payment:

   (A)   Cash;

   (B)   Check;

   (C)   Bank draft;

   (D)   Money order;

   (E)   Bank card or credit card; and

   (F)   Electronic funds transfer.
