§ 34.50 NON-CONTINUOUS ACTIVE MILITARY DUTY.

   The city shall pay to an employee during a calendar year up to 15 working days for training or other non-continuous (less than 30 days) active duty for individuals within the following categories:

   (A)   Army;

   (B)   Air Force;

   (C)   Marines;

   (D)   Navy;

   (E)   Coast Guard;

   (F)   Army National Guard; and

   (G)   Air Force National Guard.
