(A) The city, by its Common Council, hereby establishes the city's Deferred Compensation Plan for the voluntary participation of all eligible city employees and elected officials.
(B) The city will utilize the State of Indiana's Plan Document and its investment operations and the city will contract with Indiana Deferred Compensation Plan, Inc., to be the exclusive servicing manager and enroller pursuant to the terms and conditions contained in the contract.
