§ 34.15 ESTABLISHMENT OF PERSONNEL POLICIES; EFFECTIVE DATE.
   (A)   The personnel policies may be established from time to time through executive order by the Mayor's office for all employees, except as otherwise stated in this subchapter or under a collective bargaining agreement.
   (B)   The personnel policies for the employees of the city shall be as provided in this subchapter.
