§ 32.086 OFFER OF EMPLOYMENT.
   (A)   Based on the personnel needs of the Fire Department and selection by the Mayor, candidate(s) will be given an offer of employment.
   (B)   If a valid offer of employment is made to a candidate and the candidate declines the offer of employment, the candidate will be removed from the selection list.
