§ 32.049 DISMISSAL, SUSPENSION AND PUNISHMENT.
   Dismissals, suspensions and punishments of members of the Police Department shall be made by the Police Merit Commission and shall be for cause under the rules and procedures, including the right of appeal, as provided by law and as governed by this chapter.
