§ 32.037 RULES AND PROCEDURES ADOPTED BY COMMISSION.

   The Police Merit Commission shall adopt rules and procedures to do the following:

   (A)   Govern the selection, appointment, reappointment and reinstatement of persons to be employed as members of the Police Department;

   (B)   Govern promotions and demotions of members of the Police Department; and

   (C)   Prescribe the manner of determining the rating of past performance.
