§ 32.015 DEPARTMENT GOVERNED BY BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY.
   The Police Department of this city shall be under the control of and be governed by the Board of Public Works and Safety of the city, in accordance with I.C. 36-8-3-2.
