§ 30.21 CERTAIN CITY OFFICIALS TO ATTEND COUNCIL MEETINGS WHEN REQUESTED.
   The City Controller, City Engineer and City Attorney or their deputy are invited to attend all meetings of the Common Council for consultation if requested by the Council.
