§ 30.02 PUBLIC AND PRIVATE AGREEMENTS.
   (A)   The Common Council hereby recognizes and formally adopts I.C. 5-23 in its entirety effective immediately upon its passage.
   (B)   All contracts to which this section applies shall be void if the procedures provided for therein are not followed.
