Requests to purchase lots in the cemetery shall be made to the Cemetery Sexton or Clerk. The Cemetery Sexton shall maintain a record containing a list of all the lots in the cemetery with the lot and block numbers, which shall show lots sold, unsold and the value or sale price of the lots. On the payment to the Cemetery Sexton or Clerk of the purchase price for any lot in said cemetery, the Mayor and Clerk shall execute and deliver a deed for such lot to the purchaser. The Board shall have the authority to recommend a payment schedule for the purchase of lots and grant the Cemetery Sexton the authority to accept installment payments based upon the approved payment schedule.
