(A) Staffing in the City Manager’s Office shall be as follows:
(1) One full-time City Manager;
(2) One full-time Code Enforcement Officer;
(3) One part-time Council Secretary;
(4) One part-time Law Director; and
(5) One part-time City Prosecutor.
(B) The pay chart for positions within the City Manager’s Office shall be as follows:
(1) The salary of the Code Officer shall be three steps:

(4) For the Law Director and Prosecutor rates, refer to their contracts;
(5) The Council Clerk salary is $1,000 per month; and
(6) Council members’ salary is $100 per month.
