§ 33.34 WHEN CITY MANAGER SHALL APPROVE CONTRACTS.
   Except as provided in R.C. §§ 713.23(D), 125.04 and 5513.01, no contract in the Department of Public Service-Safety in excess of $10,000 shall be awarded except on the approval of the City Manager who shall direct the director of the appropriate department to enter into the contract.
