§ 31.30 APPOINTMENT OF OFFICERS.

The director of public service, director of public safety, directors of the university, street commissioner or any officer or member of a board, whose appointment is required by R.C. Title VII shall be appointed not earlier than the second Monday in January and not later than the first Monday in February.
