Pertinent sections of the Ohio Revised Code relative to the organization, powers and duties of the executive and administrative offices and boards have been assembled and adopted as a part of this chapter. No material change to the Ohio Revised Code sections have been made. The purpose of including these sections is to afford each such office or board ready access to the extent and limitations of its powers and duties as fixed by statute.
