§ 116.09 SUSPENSION AND REVOCATION.
   The City Manager shall revoke or suspend any certificate issued upon false or inaccurate application; failure to maintain state licensure, if applicable; unauthorized use of a certificate by a third- party; or failure to provide any necessary documentation or remittance to the City Department of Income Tax.
