§ 116.08 ASSIGNMENT, TRANSFER, USE BY THIRD PERSON.

A registered contractor shall not assign, transfer or allow any other person to use his or her certificate of registration for any purpose. Such use shall result in immediate suspension of the certificate until such time as the certificate is reinstated.
