§ 115.02 DEPOSIT REQUIRED.
   At the time such application for a license is made, where use of grounds is contemplated, the applicant shall deposit with the Treasurer a cash bond of not less than $100, nor more than $500, conditioned upon the restoration and cleaning up of the grounds in a manner satisfactory to the city government. In the event said grounds shall be restored and cleaned up properly following the exhibition, the deposit shall be returned; otherwise, the same shall be forfeited to the city. Any amount required in addition to the deposit shall be the responsibility of the license holder and the additional amount billed to said license holder.
