§ 112.03 INDEMNITY BOND.
   In addition to the filing of the application and payment of the license fee, each applicant, as a condition to obtaining a license, shall post a bond with good and sufficient surety in the sum of $2,500, conditioned to indemnify any purchaser at such auction against loss due to misrepresentation of any article sold.
