The following information shall be furnished in addition to that required of licensees generally:
(A) The length of time in which the applicant has been engaged in the jewelry business and location of his or her place or places of business. No applicant shall be eligible unless he or she has been engaged in the jewelry business for at least one year immediately preceding his or her application, and unless he or she has maintained a bona fide jewelry store in the city for the preceding three months;
(B) Names and addresses of the auctioneers, each of whom shall be duly licensed by the city as auctioneers, who will cry the merchandise;
(C) Time, dates and place of holding such auction; and
(D) An itemized list or inventory of each article of jewelry to be offered for sale, with date of purchase and name and address of person from whom it was purchased.
