§ 111.04 LIQUOR CONSUMPTION IN A MOTOR VEHICLE.
   No person shall consume any beer or intoxicating liquor in a motor vehicle. This section does not apply to persons described in R.C. § 4301.62(D) or a substantially equivalent municipal ordinance.
