§ 95.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person found guilty of violating any of the terms and provisions of this chapter shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $100.

   (B)   Whosoever violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree, and shall be fined not more than $500 or imprisoned not more than 60 days, or both.
