(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.30 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Whomever violates § 92.02 shall be subject to a fine of $100.

(C) A violation of §§ 91.15 through 92.22 is a misdemeanor or an infraction punishable pursuant to R.C. §§ 2929.21 and 2929.31, as such section may be amended or renumbered from time to time. In addition, the City Attorney may, at the City Council’s direction, institute civil actions to abate a public nuisance under this chapter.
